Soft skills
I have effective communication skills that I can apply in different working settings. In conjunction with my well developed diplomatic and problem-solving abilities, it is possible for me to mediate through potential difficulties and obstacles. I value clear and transparent communication as an effective tool of team work. My organisational skills are highly valued. I believe that good organisation is a key to successful research projects, potentially impacting its efficiency and effectiveness. My leadership skills were developed & tested over the years within professional setting. I am valued for my ability to assume responsibilities of leadership and effectively build a team and collectively work toward set out goals.
